When I graduate ill hopefully be 21 and be working as an RN in pediatrics. Hopefully I’ll love my job. I’ll have my own apartment. Hopefully I’ll still be with my boyfriend. I’ll probably have a bunch of new nursing friends. I’ll be more intelligent and will be enjoying life not having to worry about school. I’ll enjoy being on my own officially and I’ll still be connected with friends and family. I think there will be great improvement in technology. I hope there will be cars that do not run on gas and things become even more improved, technologically. I could see people being even more attached to their phones. I think there will probably be a new website that overtakes Facebook. It is only 3 years from now that I’ll graduate so I don’t think there will be a mega change in the world; but I would love to see world peace!

Gas prices are rising so much it as jumped up around 20 cents in the past two weeks. It obviously sucks for everyone because we rely on gas so much for transportation. This is occurring because of unrest in the Middle East and because there has been more of a demand for gas with nations becoming more developed. I don’t really think gas prices will drop anytime soon since there is such a high demand. I really think there should be more production of vehicles which are very fuel efficient. When the government did the cash for clunkers thing, the money funded was quickly used because a lot of people have old cars that they want to get rid of to get more fuel efficient cars. I think the government should do that again because it saved a ton of oil in America

Recently on Facebook I discovered that you can actually monitor who sees what on your profile. You can customize exactly who can see your Facebook status by clicking the lock button by the share button. You can even see how a specific person is able to see your profile by clicking account-privacy settings-view settings-preview-preview my profile. Then you can type in a friends name and see how they view your profile.

I really like this song right now, I love the beat and the lyrics. It makes me want to dance and its kind of like how I feel about my boyfriend right now.

The article makes it seem as though not long from now, colleges may be completely virtual. However, I don’t think this would ever occur. I know there are plenty of courses people can take online, but if college was completely virtual it would be easy for people to cheat. Also, many students want the “college experience” being on their own for the first time. Having college online would prevent people from experiencing the real world of meeting all kinds of different people and socializing with them. I think more people would rather attend college classes than listen to an online lecture at home. The Obama administration brought up the idea of online college because it would make the U.S. the highest proportion of college-educated citizens in the world by 2020 however there are too many things that will play a role in that decision. Just because the amount of educated people might increase it doesn’t mean the quality will.

A viral video is a video that becomes popular mostly due to internet sharing. Videos that are interestingly unique or funny or have someway to appeal to an audience can end up becoming viral. Websites such as Youtube, where anyone can post and share videos open to the public give way to viral videos. Viral videos give people their 15 min of fame because they are normally temporary till a new different/interesting video becomes popular to the public. People are constantly making and putting up new videos and if they’re interesting enough it becomes popular till the point where a lot of the public has seen it. When a new viral video becomes popular it goes through the same cycle.
